Summary

  • read host available memory from /proc/meminfo before falling back to Incus resource JSON, fixing false zero-memory pressure on the live Debian host
  • drain excess idle runners back down to the configured warm pool when no matching jobs are waiting
  • add tests for memory parsing and excess idle trimming
