• replace the server-to-server monitored host select with a search-first host picker
• show hostname/IPv4 choices only after a host is selected
• keep manual peer target entry available

Validation

• node --experimental-strip-types --test apps/web/lib/host-editor/panel-ui.test.mjs
• corepack pnpm@10.6.5 -C apps/web type-check
