Summary

add a Red Hat Security Data CSAF feed source using https://access.redhat.com/hydra/rest/securitydata/csaf.json
expose Red Hat feed configuration in env, compose defaults, docs, and the status UI
persist Red Hat/RHEL affected package metadata so RHEL-compatible RPM inventory can match CVEs
