• Update the licence settings E2E assertion to expect the current Licence heading on /settings/licence.

Validation

• Attempted: pnpm --filter web test:e2e -- tests/e2e/settings/licence.spec.ts
• Result: blocked locally before Playwright by package-manager startup error: [ERROR] fetch failed.
