Summary

  • Bump CT-Automation to 0.1.1 so task 0039 is published under a distinct dev image tag
  • Publish the merge commit SHA as an additional Docker Hub tag
  • Add workflow metadata coverage for the dev and SHA tags

Validation

  • .venv/bin/python -m pytest tests/test_publish_workflow.py -q
  • .venv/bin/python -m pytest -q
  • .venv/bin/python -m ruff check .
  • .venv/bin/python -m compileall src tests
